Why I do it
“I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and their capacity to heal. For me, movement is medicine and awareness is where true change begins. I love combining clinical skill with mindfulness and presence, creating treatments that not only relieve pain but also help people move, breathe, and live with greater confidence and ease.”
Track record of excellence
Igal holds a diploma in Massage Therapy from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University. He has also pursued advanced training in The Balance Method and Fascial Acupuncture, Joint Mobilizations, Soft Tissue Cupping, and Clinical Massage Therapy for Pain Management.
As a certified yoga teacher and sound therapy facilitator, Igal integrates mindfulness, breathwork, and movement education into his therapeutic practice bridging the science of the body with the art of healing. His approach supports patients in achieving lasting results by addressing both physical and nervous system balance.
Fluent in Hebrew and Russian, Igal provides inclusive, accessible care for a diverse range of patients.
When he’s not in the clinic, he continues to live the principles he teaches — practicing yoga, creating music, exploring photography, and embracing movement as a way of life. These practices keep him connected to creativity, balance, and the same holistic well-being he strives to foster in his patients.
